Full Job Description Job Summary:

Purposely Crafted LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and self-driven Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support the operational needs of our growing mental health and wellness programs. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, is efficient with integrated systems, and can handle multiple priorities with ease. This hybrid position includes both remote work and in-person support for monthly events in Palm Beach County (Saturdays); additional pay. Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operations for events and programs using project management systems. Handle calendar scheduling with precision across multiple calendars, including Calendly integration. Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, materials, and volunteers. Create and manage event timelines, communications, and marketing assets. Support both virtual and in-person event execution. Serve as a point of contact for event participants, speakers, and partners. Create and maintain efficient systems and continuously improve processes. Provide media oversight and assist with content related to events and marketing. Maintain and use project management platforms like ClickUp for team coordination. Manage and integrate tools such as Zoom, Spruce, and other communication systems. Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and support conflict resolution when needed. Collaborate in a team setting with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, event planning, or project coordination. Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight. Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience using integrated systems and tools (ClickUp, Calendly, Zoom, Spruce, etc.). Proficient in written communication, editing, and creating organized systems. Reliable internet connection and comfort working in hybrid environments. Familiarity with virtual event tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and project management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Social Work, Event Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in the mental health or wellness industry. Background in holistic health or therapeutic services. Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp or other task management software. Passion for mental health and inclusive community-building. Working Hours &• Compensation•:

Part-time:
