Glass/Mirror b. Finishing – Painting/Staining 5) Improve efficiencies of activities 6) Improve material yields 7) Improve Staff resources – How to better allocate use of employees 8) Budget to produce goods and services. 9) Ensures that manufacturing stays on schedule, within budget and achieves output goals 10) Work with owner to set goals Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute production activities within budget and on time Oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.
