Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Project Management Consultant to oversee and coordinate various construction and engineering projects in Juno Beach, Florida. This long-term contract position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to manage resources, resolve technical issues, and maintain high-performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with productivity, scheduling, and safety goals.
- Conduct site walk-throughs to validate completed work against design requirements and approve contractor payment requests.
- Assess constructability, allocate resources effectively, and address field-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local officials to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee scope control, budget management, performance reporting, and scheduling for ongoing work.
- Act as a liaison with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies to facilitate project activities.
- Promote adherence to safety protocols, corrective actions, and best practices among employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, budget analysis, and contract administration.
- Interface with the project’s management committee to report progress and address any concerns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success. Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction or engineering environments.
- Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
- Familiarity with contractor payment processing and validation of completed work.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience interfacing with state and local agencies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Proficiency in contract administration and technical issue resolution.
