Description We are looking for a skilled Project Management Consultant to oversee and support the successful execution of assigned projects. This role ensures that projects align with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Based in Juno Beach, Florida, this is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to collaborate with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress to ensure productivity, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct walk-throughs to validate work acceptance against design specifications and review contractor payment requests.
- Evaluate constructability, allocate resources effectively, and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and local officials to ensure smooth project operations.
- Assist in controlling project scope, managing budgets, resolving technical challenges, and preparing performance reports.
- Engage with landowners, state agencies, and local regulators to address project-related concerns.
- Reinforce safety protocols, compliance measures, and corrective actions for both employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with teams involved in safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract management.
- Act as a liaison with the project’s designated management committee to ensure alignment on goals and progress. Requirements

- Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring.
- Familiarity with budget processes, payment processing, and resource allocation.
- Ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships effectively.
- Expertise in scheduling, quality assurance, and performance oversight.
- Experience addressing technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Knowledge of contract administration and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with diverse stakeholders.
