The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring that all processes align with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role will involve the creation of detailed project schedules and budgets, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and driving projects to successful completion.

Compensation:

$70,000 – $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure all project activities are conducted following established SOPs to maintain quality and compliance. Regularly review and update SOPs as necessary, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Project Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive project schedules that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to the project timeline.

Budget Management:

Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently. Provide regular budget updates and reports to stakeholders, identifying any variances and proposing corrective actions. Conduct cost analysis and forecasting to ensure the project remains within budget.

Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative environment among project team members, facilitating communication and problem-solving. Hold regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment across the team.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and any necessary action items. Prepare and present project reports, ensuring transparency and engagement from all parties involved.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing projects successfully. Proficiency in project management software, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
