We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial plumbing scopes across multiple construction projects. Based in Boca Raton, this role serves as the critical link between field operations and the office team—translating real-time field activity into clear project deliverables, budgets, and forecasts. Ideal candidates will have strong construction experience, particularly in commercial plumbing, and be highly skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and forecast project budgets, labor costs, and materials across multiple commercial plumbing projects. Work closely with field superintendents and job site teams to monitor progress and resolve project challenges. Use Excel and project management tools to track performance, labor efficiency, and scheduling. Communicate proactively with subcontractors, general contractors, and internal stakeholders. Utilize iPads and construction technology (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) for documentation, reporting, and communication. Bridge communication between field crews and office staff, ensuring project alignment and timely updates. Apply project management methodologies to improve internal workflows and overall project outcomes.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing or construction project management. Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling. Proficiency with Excel and construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend). Familiarity with mobile field tech tools (e.g., iPads, mobile apps). Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work with subs and GCs effectively. PMP certification preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
