A well-established South Florida-based construction firm isseeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction ProjectManager to join its team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate willoversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planningthrough final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time,within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Description Plan, coordinate, and manageall aspects of construction projects, including budgeting,scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and compliance. Serve asthe primary point of contact between clients, architects,engineers, and internal teams. Prepare project budgets, forecasts,and schedules in collaboration with pre-construction and estimatingteams. Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, includingprocurement and contract negotiations. Monitor job site safety,productivity, and progress, ensuring adherence to company policiesand regulations. Review and approve invoices, change orders, andproject documentation. Proactively identify and resolve potentialissues or delays, maintaining a strong focus on quality control.

Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure alignmentacross stakeholders. Deliver consistent reporting and updates tosenior leadership. Profile Bachelor’s degree in ConstructionManagement, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalentexperience). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Managerin commercial or residential construction. Strong knowledge ofconstruction means, methods, and project management practices.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MicrosoftProject, Bluebeam). Exceptional organizational, communication, andleadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects anddeadlines simultaneously. OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
