Duties Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed effectively. Manage project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Implement risk management strategies to identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans. Facilitate change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements. Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and responsiveness. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure that all needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, updates, and any potential conflicts or issues. Oversee conflict management within teams to maintain a collaborative work environment.
