Responsibilities:
Manage and control the planning of large residential custom homes and multi-family projects. Review bids/proposals/estimates to determine and define project scope and objectives. Making and overseeing effective decisions for the progression and completion of the project. Generate timeline schedules. Ensure deadlines and targets are met. Manage project costs to ensure they are completed within time and budgetary requirements.
Qualifications:
Previous Custom Home Construction experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Construction blueprint comprehension is a must. Ability to prioritize and multitask. General software knowledge preferred;
