COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of
- 5 years
- of experience in the
- construction industry as acting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Strong communication skills with Superintendents, Project Engineer’s, Subcontractor’s and Owner’s/Clients
- Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget
- Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
- Ability to identify and solve problems
