Client Details As a Project Manager ,you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of custom luxury home projects,ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met while maintainingexceptional client satisfaction. This is a client-facing rolerequiring refined communication skills, technical expertise, and apassion for luxury design and construction. Description Manage allphases of custom residential construction Collaborate witharchitects, designers, engineers, and high-end clients Overseesubcontractors, site teams, and vendors to ensure top-qualityexecution Maintain budgets, schedules, and detailed projectdocumentation Ensure projects meet the highest standards ofcraftsmanship and finish Address and resolve field issues withprofessionalism and discretion Profile 10 years of experiencemanaging high-end residential or custom estate builds Deepunderstanding of luxury materials, finishes, and detailing Strongleadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven abilityto work with discerning clients and design professionalsProficiency in construction management software Bachelor’s degreein Construction Management or related field preferred Job Offer
