Overview Sage Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to become a member of the Project Management Organization (PMO), reporting to the Director of Project Management. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing strategic, high-impact projects with varying degrees of complexity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through the project lifecycle on medium-to-large scale projects that align with organizational business objectives. A background in managing projects within a healthcare environment is desirable but not required. This role demands a high degree of flexibility, initiative, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. This is not a remote position – it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities

  • Determine and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans and schedules and clearly communicate project objectives with project teams at kickoff.
  • Collaborate with project resources, including IT, Operations, Clinical, Business Development, Finance, and other departments across the organization, including non-collocated resources, to ensure project success.
  • Provide accurate project forecasts and progress reporting, adjusting plans as needed to remain on schedule and within the approved scope.
  • Monitor and respond to project changes, ensuring all impacts are managed with project stakeholders according to established change control processes.
  • Create project budgets, track project spend (together with Finance teams), and report financial updates to project leadership.
  • Identify project risks and impact and deploy risk responses to minimize exposure to the business.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with HIPAA and other regulatory compliance requirements.

    Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

    Experience:

    2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or dental environment.

      Skills:
      • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to think strategically and solve complex business challenges.
      • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
      • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.).
      • Ability to work with diverse teams and navigate cross-functional dynamics effectively.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with successful outcomes.
