We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and issues
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation to support project management processes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project execution Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction (preferred)
3+ years Project Management experience with Florida GC
Experience with k-12 projects and/or public projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (preferred) Benefits
