Description:
Provides project and performance improvement management support to multidisciplinary and interdepartmental teams, focuses on high priority quality and safety initiatives. Facilitates policy and forms development. Serves as the content expert on improvement methodologies and imparts knowledge of improvement process to team leaders and teams. Develops reports and presentation to monitor and document progress, communicates the results in an accurate, and understandable format. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills. Estimated salary range for position $52,740 to $68,562 depending on years of experience

Additional Qualifications:
Two years of related experience (Masters degree may be substituted for 2 years). Certification related to Quality must be obtained within two years of hire. Skilled in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) spreadsheets, graphics and relational database software. Organized, analytical and critical thinking skills with creative ability. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills. Knowledge of lean principles desired.
