Salesforce technical project manager or scrum master to his team.
(Client) needs someone with enough salesforce knowledge to understand what is being built and delivered on the platform.
It s so they can quickly ramp up on what they are building and the use cases it applies to and even facilitate demos if necessary/ But not so much that they are an SME/Developer/Architect.
Their team utilizes Vlocity/Case Management/Aws Connect etc..
