We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Junior Stager to support the planning and execution of our staging projects from concept to completion.

Position Overview :

The Junior Stager plays a crucial role in supporting the design team and ensuring the seamless execution of all staging installations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, resourceful, and excited to learn the ins and outs of luxury home staging. You will work closely with the lead designer and operations team to maintain presentation standards, manage inventory, assist onsite during installations, and coordinate logistics. Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Site Coordination Assist with project planning and execution alongside the staging designer Conduct site visits, field measurements, and take before/after photos Hang floor plans on-site for crew placement reference Track inventory deliveries and check items against master lists Flag damages or missing inventory and assist in item reselection Ensure all staging materials are presentable and installed properly Support with furniture touch-ups, steaming, cleaning, and unpacking Help prepare homes for photography and final walkthroughs Oversee uninstall processes and report any discrepancies immediately Design & Inventory Support Support lead designer in staging selection and client coordination Create and manage pick lists for installations Assist in sourcing furnishings and décor and conducting stock checks Research pricing and availability for items needed for staging Create and update purchasing records using internal systems Monitor purchasing timelines and delivery logistics Help maintain organization of décor, soft goods, and accessory inventory Forecast inventory needs and report shortages Client & Vendor Communication Schedule site visits and follow-ups with clients Draft and send client communications post-visit to confirm project scope Coordinate with vendors for product orders, deliveries, and troubleshooting Create and track purchase orders; ensure accurate and timely deliveries Act as a point of contact during deliveries and installations Qualifications Previous experience in interior design, staging, or related field is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with physical work including lifting, cleaning, and setup Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments Tech-savvy; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is a bonus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to job sites as needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for growth in the luxury design industry A creative and collaborative team environment On-the-job training and development
