Assistant Project Manager Quality Signs Tampa Wesley Chapel, FL 33543 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing various electrical signage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a good phone skills, familiarity with a PC working in a windows environment, computer graphics experience, ability to work independently. Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be helpful but not required. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Working directly as an assistant to the project management team. Assisting Project Manager with Customer Communications and Coordination. Permit Coordination including acquisition process requiring composition of permit drawings and tracking approval process and inspections Some vinyl work and sign making assistance, potentially assisting with fabrication of signage as necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Experience working with Outlook and basic PC functions in a windows environment. Computer graphic design experience and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be helpful but not required.
