Join a growing, professional restoration and reconstruction team serving homeowners and property managers throughout Wesley Chapel and the surrounding areas. What You’ll Do Oversee residential and light commercial restoration & reconstruction projects Schedule and manage subcontractors and crews Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion Communicate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and team members Use Xactimate, DASH, or similar software for estimating and project tracking What We’re Looking For 3+ years of construction project management experience (preferably in restoration) Strong understanding of residential construction practices Experience working with insurance claims and scopes Ability to manage multiple projects at once Excellent communication and organization skills Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
