Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales/Project Manager with a proven track record in roofing sales and project management. This role requires a self-starter who can generate their own sales, run appointments for company-provided leads, and manage roofing projects from lead generation to contract signing and permit close. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication and sales skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities Sales Generation:
Actively generate new sales through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
Lead Management:
Run appointments for leads provided by the company, converting them into signed contracts.
Project Management:
Oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including lead acquisition, contract negotiation, permitting, and project closeout.
Customer Service:
Maintain clear, professional, and transparent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Organization:
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Weekly Meetings:
Attend weekly in-office meetings to review project progress and align with the team.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in roofing sales and/or project management (required).
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Independence:
Must be able to step into the role with little to no training and hit the ground running.
Work Schedule:
Weekly in-office meetings required; daily office presence not mandatory. Be able to manage your own schedule and stay on top of projects.
Location:
Must be based in or able to commute to the Tampa Bay Area.
