- Under general supervision, uses basic knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to participate in projects for Charitable Solutions and RJ Trust.
Performs entry to intermediate level project management analysis and/or project administration tasks for projects in an assigned functional area. Will also provide support as needed for Charitable New Accounts and Grants teams. Exercises moderate latitude and judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Represents department on projects.
- Assists with research, documentation, and testing for projects.
- Provides assistance on process improvements efforts.
- Assists with requirements gathering for projects.
- Assists in building project plans.
- Assists in creating and maintaining internal project management tools.
- Maintains documentation and communications.
- Receives training in project management methodology.
- Provides administrative support to assigned project management teams.
- Assists in understanding business impacts associated with initiatives.
- Assists in the creation of Business Case documents to communicate and prioritize initiatives.
- Understands the functions completed by the new accounts and grants processors and provides support as capacity requires.
- Oversees and processes funding related to planned gifts and the onboarding of successors in DAF accounts.
- Assists with general client service needs, answering phones and email requests as they come in from the field.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Qualifications

- Knowledge of
- Fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of assigned functional area.
- Basic concepts, practices and principles of project management methodology including project management, analysis, administration and documentation.
Skill in
- Creating and maintaining project documentation and communications.
- Coordinating projects, communicating changes and progress, and completing projects on time and budget.
- Communicating clearly and informatively, editing work for spelling and grammar, and presenting numerical data effectively.
- Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness while applying feedback to improve performance.
- Completing tasks on time or notifying the appropriate person with an alternate plan.

- Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field of work and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and zero (0) to two (2) years of relevant work experience.

- Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.
