This is a remote position with working hours in the Eastern time zone.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and coordinate resources in a timely manner to support project timelines. Preparation and editing of memos, reports, correspondence, project documents. Assist the project manager or functional leaders in the development of documentation such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans. Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents. Coordinate with project resources to ensure the project team has what is needed at the right time. Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what is expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables. Be the liaison between the project teams and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. Help project managers monitor project progress and provide updates to project stakeholders. Schedule stakeholder meetings, documents, and generate reports. Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent 1-2 years of administrative assistant or project coordinator experience, or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams) Ability to follow direction with minimal oversight. Ability to sit for longer periods during the workday 0-20% Travel This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship.
