POSITION SUMMARY
This position works within the Development team with responsibilities including but not limited to new and existing venue project management, FF&E procurement tasks, drawing reviews and markups, facilities management, supplies purchasing, and other venue operations items. This position supports throughout Owner’s Representation Services, Venue Planning/Design Consulting Services, and FF&E procurement services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Assist the SFC Project Managers, Project Executives, and other construction leaders in coordinating all aspects of design support, project management, and product procurement
Set deadlines and manage expectations for construction team and vendors
Provide assistance in FF&E (furniture, fixture & equipment) design for space programming, development of bid packages, procurement/vendor selection, and installation and coordination with oversight of architect to ensure scope is covered Supports in creating product specifications
Assist in creating RFPs and in compiling and evaluating proposals
Ensure vendors and contractors are accurately performing their contracted duties
Close projects out contractually, financially, and with proper documentation and warranties per FF&E procurement contracts Complete daily tasks and projects, providing detailed task lists to external vendors and managing completion dates
Coordinate with opening staff, as a liaison between leadership, GC and all related support staff during pre-opening and completion phase
Coordinate with GCs, pre-opening teams, and technology and AV teams on delivery and installation of other products and services for new venue openings
Create daily task lists/punch lists for the property management teams that are on board with the new facility
Communicate daily concerns with Project Manager and Project Team Members
Assist with punch list for General Contractor and provide daily/weekly updates to leadership
Works with PM, development team, and ownership to deliver a final product that meets or exceeds standards and financial goals
Help develop and implement corporate procedures and systems to improve SFC project management delivery experience
Maintain good working relationships with suppliers, dealers, and manufacturers
Other projects as assigned by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
College degree preferred but not required
Familiarity of the construction management process and/or FF&E procurement process
Proven experience in proactively working on multiple projects
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; as well as learn and deploy new systemic platforms
Experience working with project management software
Experience in reading blueprints
Detail oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Ability to analyze and problem solve
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Maintain professional appearance and attitude in all settings
Experience in client interface and relationship management
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time

Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
Will be required to sit for extended periods of time operating a computer
Office environment has intermittent noise, normal in nature
