The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies. Duties Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure project milestones are met. Develop project schedules and manage timelines using construction management software such as Microsoft Project. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to blueprints and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the project. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly. Skills Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and more. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Expertise in construction estimating and budget management. Excellent blueprint reading skills for interpreting technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results.
