Project Manager – Building Design Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced full time Project Manager to beresponsible for overall coordination and management of theArchitectural, Engineering and Interior Design disciplines frominception through its completion, including speaking for the firmin dealing with the client in matters to do with multiple projects.

The Project Manager will plan the project in all aspects ofdefinition, schedule and budget in coordination with the standards,practices and policies set. Duties to include but not limited to:

Responsible for taking appropriate action to maintain projectschedules and Prepares weekly project reports, updates, and projectschedules, attends all project meetings, and coordinates allconceptual, design and technical reviews. Performs all qualityassurance audits to verify quality control procedures areResponsible for managing large Senior Living, Multi-Family,Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Facilities;both new construction and renovation in the national market.

Qualifications:

Licensed Architect in the State of Floridapreferred, but not Excellent verbal and written communicationskills for client Self-motivated team leader with extensiveexperience in all phases of Architecture and 10 years’ experiencewith AHCA 10 years’ experience in senior 10 years’ experience inMulti-Family 15 years’ experience with large scale Healthcare,Assisted Living, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing and SeniorLiving Facility projects. Extensive portfolio of projects/clientsthroughout the United States. Working experience in Revit andAutoCAD
