Restoration Are you a motivated, relationship-driven professional with a passion for both business development and project execution? We are seeking a Project Manager/Sales Representative to help grow our client base while also overseeing select engineering and restoration projects from start to finish. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and closing deals—but also values being hands-on with the work, clients, and field teams.

What You’ll Do:
Sales Responsibilities:

Proactively source and develop new business leads Build and maintain strong relationships with condominium associations, property managers, and commercial property owners Clearly explain scopes of work and service offerings to prospective clients Participate in proposal development, presentations, and contract discussions Follow up on leads and maintain communication through the sales cycle Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities Work closely with our team to ensure seamless client handoffs

Project Management Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple small to mid-sized restoration projects simultaneously Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Conduct routine site visits to ensure quality, safety, and project progress Assist with estimating, bid preparation, and proposal review Perform field inspections, document findings, and recommend solutions Provide consistent updates and reports to the office-based Project Coordinator Take thorough notes and high-quality photographs to document project progress Use a variety of tools and technology (iPad, estimating software, email, moisture meters, etc.) Track project timelines, budgets, and schedules, and help troubleshoot challenges on the job site.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in sales and/or project management within construction, engineering, or property services Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and see tasks through Comfortable presenting technical information in a client-friendly way Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using technology for project tracking and reporting Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bilingual in English/Spanish is desired
