Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating all phases of commercial projects from initiation to completion. Maintain project schedules, track deadlines, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion. Prepare and manager project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc. Serve as a point of contact between project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within commercial construction and development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
