As a leading multi-family electrical contractor in the Southeastern U.S., we specialize in delivering high-quality electrical solutions to large-scale residential projects.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of low voltage and fire alarm installations on multi-family construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with local codes, project timelines, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of low voltage and fire alarm projects Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and general contractors Ensure code compliance and accurate permitting processes in coordination with the Electrical Project Managers Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and procurement for assigned projects Handle inspections and quality assurance for systems Provide technical support and resolve field issues in real-time Review design builds & oversee install and functionality Diligently track project resources and progress, documenting any events impacting the schedule, scope, and overall efficiency; identify and pursue opportunities for project-specific change orders Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Procore and Plangrid Install and troubleshoot fire alarm systems, access control panels (preferably Potter panels), and security devices

Qualifications:

High school diploma or state-recognized GED 3+ years of experience in low voltage/fire alarm systems project management 3 years minimum experience in deploying and configuring networks (FA, AC, AV & BDA) Experience in multi-family or large-scale residential construction preferred Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills NICET certification and/or state fire alarm licensing is a plus Experience using hand tools, training and managing techs Why Join Us?
