Successful applicants will have the experience and skill tomanage multiple projects commercial projects ranging from$50,000.00 $2,000,000.00. simultaneously. Project types range from;Retail Office Medical Restaurants Water Treatment Plants ChilledWater ALF’s Applicants are required to; Provide layout of RTUCurbs/Louver Openings etc. electronically in support of fieldpersonnel. Read drawings and specifications to manage compliancetoo contract documents. Review submittals for compliance ofcontract documents. Create, manage change orders, monthly billing.
Communicate and manage a team consisting of a Field Superintendentand Project Coordinator. Communicate effectively with clients,manage the overall schedule of project. Fast-paced company culture.
