Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their career in project management within a collaborative environment. The Junior Project Manager will assist in the coordination and execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our quality standards. Duties Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation through completion. Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring effective communication among team members. Utilize project management tools such as ProCore, Fieldwire, etc. to track project progress and manage documentation. Prepare and review schematics and contracts to ensure all project requirements are met. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise. Support time management efforts by maintaining schedules and deadlines for various project phases. Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track. Provide regular project updates to senior management. Experience A background in project management or related field is preferred. Familiarity with construction or engineering projects is a plus. Proficient in using project management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, and ProCore. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Experience with contract review and understanding of construction/build processes is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
