Develops and implements action plans, goals, and objectives for any number of broad-based projects. Tracks, updates, and analyzes data. Acts as the primary point of contact for department staff, clubs, clients, and vendors regarding the department’s programs and services. Performs some general administrative duties. Prepares and delivers presentations and reports as required. Duties & Responsibilities Provides coordination of complex programs and projects. Tracks the program or project to ensure compliance with program and timetable. Assists with projects for the team. Develops, implements, and maintains department communications materials such as print and electronic materials, website content, training materials, conference materials, and general business correspondence. Researches, tracks, and analyzes complex reports, identifying trends or problems and providing rectifications. Assists with special projects such as pulling documents, files, and records for audits and various analyses. Updates department database, maintains complex reports, and runs queries when requested. Facilitates communication between departments, clubs, clients, and vendors by answering questions regarding department programs and resolving complaints. May negotiate extensions of deadlines. Provides a full range of support to the Technology & Digital Services team, including contract processing, financial process management, reconciliations, and forecasting Assists in coordinating and organizing presentation materials for department budgeting and governance meetings Monitor financials and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Performs a limited amount of administrative duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements, Competencies, and Certifications Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong research skills. Proficient in standard PC applications. Education & Experience AA in business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in a financial or accounting role is preferred or in a similar position.
Hiring Range:
$21.23 – $25.90 This position is also eligible for participation in AAA, Inc.’s Annual Incentive Plan. AAA, Inc. is committed to paying competitively and equitably.
