If you’re a jack-of-all-trades who can lead crews, manage multiple job sites, and even fix equipment when needed—this role is for you. This is not a desk job. We’re looking for someone who understands the work firsthand, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right. Must have experience in pressure washing, landscaping, janitorial services, carpet cleaning, and related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel daily to active job sites to inspect work , provide guidance, and ensure quality standards are met Lead, train, and supervise crews working in pressure washing, landscaping, carpet cleaning, janitorial, and maintenance Address any issues on-site, troubleshoot equipment problems , and coordinate or perform repairs as needed Maintain logs, take photos, and submit daily reports using a mobile app or scheduling software Support scheduling, materials coordination, and overall crew productivity Ensure all work meets Ayopa’s safety, efficiency, and professionalism standards
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience managing crews in the following: Landscaping or lawn maintenance Pressure washing (hot/cold, commercial) Carpet care and janitorial services Basic facility maintenance or repairs Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot or fix small engines, hoses, sprayers, pumps, etc. Must have common sense , a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record required Must be able to pass a background check Comfortable using a smartphone or basic software for communication and task tracking Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and highly responsible Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
