Project Coordinator 1stShift 7:30AM-4:30PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop projectestimates and bid documents.
This includes:
- Material take-offfrom specifications and drawings.
- Retrieving vendor pricing andcosts.
- Developing bill of materials.
- Create or fill-in biddocuments.
Manage projects from initiation to completion.
Thisincludes:
- Order Processing.
- Project Scheduling.
- Manage andorganize all related documents of project: specifications,drawings, and project bill of materials.
- Requisition purchasedmaterials.
- Create and oversee work orders submitted to shop forvarious shop functions.
- Resolve any issues and solve problemsthroughout project life cycle.
- Track and report on projectmilestones and support status reports to management.
- Creation ofaccurate invoicing of project.
- Ensure all documents and drawingsare archived correctly following project completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree or higher.
- Proficiency withMicrosoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Three (3) years’ experience asa Project Manager.
- Preference given to a candidate withexperience in project management or inventory software.
