The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Lead and manage restoration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and create and maintain project cost sheet. Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting. Prepare contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and safety compliance. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise. Ensure all construction is completed in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Oversee project cost, scheduling, documentation, and quality. Attend project meetings, create meeting agenda as well as keeping accurate meeting minutes while ensuring good follow-up and ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely manner. Participates in ongoing training efforts as required. Ensures client needs are exceeded throughout the course of the project. Skills Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in project scheduling and coordination within the construction industry. Computer literacy and proficiency in CRM. Strong contract negotiation skills with attention to detail in documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
