What We’re Searching For Capital is seeking a dedicated Field Project Manager to oversee commercial masonry projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader with strong organizational skills who thrives in a field-based environment. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction project management, with a focus on site safety, daily reporting, and coordination with general contractors and subcontractors.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-scale commercial projects, overseeing all field operations. Ensure daily safety compliance and maintain detailed daily reports. Attend meetings with general contractors, providing updates and ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating closely with site teams and subcontractors. Conduct quality control checks to uphold the highest standards in masonry work. Serve as the primary field point of contact for all project-related matters. Oversee framing and concrete division projects and report to general managers as needed.

What You Need:

3-5 Years of experience in commercial construction project management Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline is a plus. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and ability to enforce them on-site. Experience with daily reporting and field documentation. Ability to work independently in a field-based role with minimal office time. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Who is RallyX?
