Essential Functions Under the direction of the supervisor: Processes purchase orders. Processes submittals. Process and updates utility locates. Administrative work as required by supervisor. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, hourly position Usual hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Additional work outside normal hours may be required based on project requirements. Required Education and Experience Requires 2 years of construction office experience. Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and customers of varying education and experience levels. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
