We are a fast growing Roofing and Building contractor with multiple locations along the west coast and panhandle of Florida. We are a professional, fun, customer-centric fast growing organization seeking a Lead Project Manager in our Production Department.

Duties:

• Build, train, and manage your own roofing crews.
• Willing to travel to all branch locations and various job sites as needed.
• Oversee multiple crews, and projects at once efficiently.
• Customer relations/interactions at job sites.
• Maintain regular communication with office staff on timelines, inspections, and active jobs.
• Obtaining progress photos of before, after, and duration of all jobs.
• Walk all roofs, and other active projects to inspect and supervise projects are being installed correctly and according to code.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have previous Project Management Experience
• Knowledge of the Roofing industry and at least 3-5 years of Roofing experience
• Computer knowledge a plus ( we work off a CRM system) will train
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have own reliable vehicle ( gas and auto allowance provided) Possible work vehicle provided.
• Must be bilingual(Spanish/English)
• No subcontractors! You will be our employee as well as the roofing crews.
