Description The Research Project Manager works closely with department and entity leadership, physicians, and research support teams on research projects (industry and investigator-initiated studies) and provides analytics and project management support in order to keep projects on track with proposed timelines. Key responsibilities may include project plan development, tracking of project status, coordination of project teams (i.e., medical writers, biostatisticians, physicians, study coordinators, and central BHSF offices) for gathering of data, report preparation, draft writing, editing, & revision, creation of dashboards, workflows, etc. Estimated salary range for this position is $66809.50 – $86852.35 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications Degrees:

Bachelors Degree is required.

Additional Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in healthcare related field. Master’s degree preferred. Two years of experience in research and one year of customer service experience. Experience in Project Management or coordinating projects using a SixSigma framework is a plus. Strong ability to work independently, efficiently and productively in a dynamic workplace. Possesses a resourceful, solution-oriented approach and appreciate the opportunity to be part of- and contribute to- a great endeavor. Proficiency with standard office and research data management software (Power point, Excel, RedCap, CTMS e.g.

OnCore, etc.) Knowledge of Federal laws and regulations pertaining to oversight and approval of Investigational products.
