Consultant Advisor, ERP Kyle Johnson is recruiting this position. Our healthcare client is looking for a Workday HCM Project Manager to join their team immediately in a 6 + month contract capacity. In this role, you will be supporting the client directly as they work towards an upcoming Go-Live.
Qualifications /
Requirements:
8 – 10 years of Workday HCM experience
5+ years of experience working as a Project/Program Manager and/or Lead
Help build relationships, and be diligent on tasks to follow up and ensure completion
Operate efficiently and assist with the prioritization of work (Currently struggling with having too many meetings on the books, need someone that can help consolidate and / or advise on meetings that should be occurring)
Support prioritization of system-related workstreams to enhance overall project efficiency in a healthcare setting
Healthcare / hospital system experience, required
Knowledge of Epic and / or EHR Systems, preferred
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Must be able to accommodate 25% on-site travel
