Channel Partners is hiring a Crew Coordinator to support ongoing store remodels, new openings, relocations, and resets. In this role, you’ll work alongside a Senior Crew Coordinator to execute all on-site aspects of store projects. You’ll guide teams through merchandising resets, fixture installations, and Planogram setups, ensuring each location is completed on time and meets company standards. If you’re a strong communicator, comfortable traveling, and ready to lead and support project teams in a fast-paced retail environment—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Support the Senior Coordinator with project execution and fixture installs ✔ Help implement Planograms and manage product placement ✔ Organize fixtures and supplies and remove old/unused materials ✔ Lead and train store support crews, merchandisers, and temp labor ✔ Participate in daily site meetings to track progress and resolve issues ✔ Assist with final walk-throughs and project wrap-up

Requirements:

✅ Merchandising and/or fixture experience preferred ✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills ✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation ✅ Must be able to travel weekly and stay overnight (expenses paid) ✅ Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. ✅ Available for 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with early morning starts
