The Superintendent will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the timely and quality completion of the installation process. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintaining project schedules with the customer team on site, coordinate site logistics plan and validating that the shop drawings are complete and accurate Maintain a thorough understanding of project scope Manage DCO’s labor force to achieve optimum performance, providing leadership in the quality process and safety/accident prevention programs, as well as compliance tasks Review and understand material/equipment budgets and validate labor rates, project costs and identifying areas for improvement Document daily construction activities Chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings on site in keeping with customer’s plan Skills & Qualifications 5 years’ experience with healthcare, commercial, higher education, K-12 education in construction required Knowledge of construction principles/practices required Experience directing and coordinating labor and trades with ability to problem solve preferred Experience working with Project Management team including successful completion of projects
