JobDetails Responsibilities:

As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager,you will be responsible for: 1. Managing and leading water andwastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on time, withinbudget, and to the highest quality standards. 2. Coordinating withmultidisciplinary teams including engineers, scientists, and othertechnical staff to ensure smooth project execution. 3. UsingAutoCAD to create detailed design plans and specifications forwater and wastewater projects. 4. Conducting feasibility studies,risk assessments, and cost estimates for proposed projects. 5.Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies,maintaining open and effective communication throughout the projectlifecycle. 6. Providing technical expertise and guidance to projectteams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.7. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues ordelays, and implementing corrective actions as needed. 8. Ensuringall projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, aswell as industry best practices.

Qualifications:

The idealcandidate for the Water/Wastewater Project Manager role shouldpossess the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor’s degree inCivil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. AMaster’s degree or professional engineering (PE) license isstrongly preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in thewater/wastewater engineering industry, with a proven track recordof successful project management. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD andother relevant design software. 4. Strong knowledge of water andwastewater treatment processes, design standards, and regulatoryrequirements. 5. Excellent project management skills, with theability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects ontime. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and teammembers. 7. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tacklecomplex engineering challenges and find innovative solutions. 8.The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managingmultiple projects simultaneously.
