Working Project Manager – High-End Landscape Maintenance & Construction Do you have a passion for luxury landscapes and the leadership skills to bring them to life—and keep them looking their best? We’re looking for a skilled Working Project Manager to join our high-end landscape company, overseeing both construction projects and maintenance operations for elite residential and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do:
Manage the full life cycle of landscape construction projects Oversee and support maintenance teams to ensure the highest level of ongoing property care Schedule, coordinate, and lead landscape crews for both construction and maintenance work Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor job progress, quality control, and safety on-site Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of all work with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction
What You Bring:
1-3+ years of project management experience in landscape construction and/or maintenance Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate crews and manage multiple job sites Deep knowledge of landscape systems, horticulture, hardscape, and irrigation Experience working with high-end residential or commercial clients Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Type:

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
