A Full-Time Concrete Superintendent is needed to manage many commercial projects in the Atlanta metro region. We might be a perfect fit for you if you value customer satisfaction, safety, and a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to project development, including contracts and reports.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with concrete projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Benefits
