NGI Trenchless Pipe & Sewer Repair is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to help lead trenchless pipe rehab projects. You’ll coordinate crews, materials, and equipment while keeping safety and quality top of mind. What you will be doing:
Oversee daily field operations, supervise crews, and ensure smooth project execution. Manage equipment mobilization, maintenance, and site safety (OSHA/PPE compliance). Maintain accurate job reports, production logs, and field documentation. Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, budgets, material procurement, and project coordination. Attend site walks, client meetings, and ensure crews have everything needed to stay on schedule. Track project progress and support pay applications and change orders.
Ideal Candidate will have:
2-4 years of field experience in trenchless pipe rehab, underground utilities, or civil construction. Working knowledge of trenchless methods such as CIPP, lateral lining, hydro-excavation, CCTV inspections, manhole coatings, and sectional point repair. Strong understanding of job site safety, confined space entry, traffic control, and erosion control requirements. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, sewer maps, and as-built plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with project management tools (Procore, Fieldwire, etc.). Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and willingness to travel to multiple project sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
NASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP
certification. OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and Confined Space Entry certifications. Experience managing or coordinating municipal or DOT rehabilitation projects. Familiarity with GPS layout, laser profiling, and resin mixing processes for
