NGI Trenchless Pipe & Sewer Repair iWe are looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager & Sales Lead with experience in the trenchless pipeline rehabilitation industry. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in both technical project delivery and client-facing business development. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of storm, sewer, and wastewater rehabilitation projects—including CCTV inspections, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, internal sectional repairs, manhole rehabilitation , and more—while also driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and client relationship management.

What you will be doing:

Plan, schedule, and manage trenchless rehabilitation projects from start to finish. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to ensure timely and safe project execution. Conduct pre-construction meetings, prepare job-specific safety plans, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. Oversee quality control and verify that rehabilitation methods (CIPP, sectional lining, cleaning, etc.) are implemented to spec. Monitor project budgets, adjust timelines, and handle change orders in collaboration with clients and crews. Utilize field data (e.g., CCTV reports, cleaning logs, flow studies) to generate accurate reports and ensure contract compliance. Communicate proactively with stakeholders including municipal clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, utilities, engineering firms, and contractors. Lead the proposal process by responding to RFPs and RFQs for trenchless rehabilitation projects. Educate clients on our services like CIPP lining, manhole coatings, and other pipe rehab solutions. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, pre-bid meetings, and industry events. Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM system from first contact to project close. Work closely with operations and estimating teams to develop scopes, pricing, and project plans. Provide top-notch account management and serve as the go-to contact for key clients.

Ideal Candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in project management within underground utility, trenchless technology, or infrastructure rehabilitation sectors. 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience in B2B or municipal markets. Strong understanding of trenchless rehab techniques including

CIPP, CCTV

inspection, pipe cleaning, hydro-excavation, and manhole rehab . Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
NASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP

certification. Familiarity with Sewer

AI. OSHA

30 and confined space entry training. Experience with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, sectional point repairs, and pipe rehab. Familiarity with specifications for municipal and DOT infrastructure projects.
