The Architectural Project Manager will oversee and manage architectural Mission-Critical Data Center projects from conception to completion, ensuring that designs are functional, sustainable, and aligned with client goals. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, leading the architectural team, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects from initial design through to completion.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
Prepare and review construction documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Engage in design development to produce innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
Facilitate client relations to understand project requirements and expectations.
Provide team leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for potential projects.
Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage contract administration and procurement processes.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders on project developments. Qualifications Experienced with Mission-Critical Data Center Projects
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of experience in architectural project management.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and building codes.
Experience in sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
Excellent budget management and financial oversight skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong client relations and communication skills.
Experience with medical facilities or mission-critical projects is a plus.
NCARB certification and knowledge of OSHPD regulations are desirable.
