The ideal candidate will and have a background in construction management and large diameter(30 inch and above) pipeline or tunneling experience. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and streamline project workflows. Responsibilities Assist in the development and management of project schedules using construction management software such as P6. Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, subcontracts, purchase orders, and material submittals. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration on project plans and drawings. Support the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial compliance. Conduct site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Read and interpret project plans and technical drawings to assist in project planning. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Employ time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Experience Proven experience in construction management or related field is preferred. Familiarity with construction management software such as Civil 3D or HeavyBid is a plus. Strong understanding of utility construction and construction site operations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in project coordination or support roles is advantageous. This role requires the candidate to work a large amount of time on an active underground utility construction site.
