How You’ll Make an Impact
Plan and coordinate project goals, scope, budget, and schedule.
Oversee contract preparation and management with stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Track expenses and manage budgets to prevent cost overruns.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring safety compliance.
Serve as the primary contact for project communication.
Address issues and conflicts promptly to keep projects on track.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate.
Proven track record of managing large-scale capital projects.
Strong understanding of contract management and construction processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage budgets and track project expenses effectively.
