We specialize in industrial clients and maintain a strong workforce of engineering and design talent, expert fabrication technicians, and electrical and mechanical installation crews second to none. Our Electrical Install team provides the following services – Industrial Electrical/Power & Controls, Substation and Power Feeds, HVAC-Power Utilities, On-Site Electrical Install Services, etc. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This is a salaried, direct opportunity that offers a benefits package including 401k with match, ESOP, PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, etc. This position will be based out of our Marietta office with some local travel. The PM will assist in managing the electrical portion of industrial projects and work closely with superintendents and foremen in the field. Will interface with clients and attend construction meetings. Will be responsible for tracking schedules, managing budgets, and estimating jobs. Additional responsibilities include writing proposals, material orders, equipment deliveries, and distribution of project-specific documents.

Qualifications:

5 – 10 + years’ experience in Industrial Electrical Construction/Installation. Good understanding of the National Electrical Code. Ability to read and understand construction specifications and detailed drawings. Must be computer proficient with all MS applications, including MS Project or Planner. Must have some experience in planning and scheduling. Must have strong customer interface and relationship building skills. Ability to communicate with crews in the field, including union employees. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Be knowledgeable in electrical applications in an industrial environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with estimating software, such as Accubid or McCormick is preferred. Estimating experience required. Essential Functions Must be capable of walking throughout a large manufacturing plant for required meetings and other required duties. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) according to company and client policies.
