About this role The position is to perform Project Management of Energy ManagementProgram and System Integration project for multisite customers. Itwould involve planning and implementation of project roll outinstallation, collaboration with 3rd party vendor, deployment,coordinating remote commissioning and site handover to customer.

The position will also be responsible for client relationshiphandling and billing, collection and payments. Key Responsibilities Project manage and delivery of multisite Energy ManagementInstallation through Carrier ABOUND vendor team. Interfacing with client organization (delivery, IT, Finance,etc) for project related work. Undertake project costing including vendor cost and productcost sheet and get approval. Inventory management related to project and associatedrequirement. Project scheduling with vendor and delivery working with remotecommissioning team. Validation of vendor invoices and approval forpayment. Client billing and collection management throughinvoicing. Tracking and co-ordination of multi team function throughsuccessful delivery Internal reporting and client reporting as per projectrequirement. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple optionsfor how to progress with the project Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to keepthe project aligned with their goals Performing quality control on the project throughoutdevelopment to maintain the standards expected Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs orfinancing for the project change though change order. Ensuring project profit margins are maintained and anydeviation is suitably supported exception approval. Packing Shipping and handling of project material to deploymentsite as per need basis. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 7 years of work experience in project managementBuilding Automation deployment Minimum of 2 multisite roll out (retail and QSR) experience inBuilding Automation deployment Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business management 10+ years of work experience in project management preferablyin energy project, BAS deployment, etc, with a minimum of 2multisite roll out experience Proficient in Office suite (word, presentation, xls) Experience in deployment of Tridium Niagara BAS Experience in other BAS example Trane, Novar, JCI,etc. Knowledge of HVAC and lighting controllers #LI-Remote RSRCAR Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
